    I sleep about 5 hours, and I don't have any of those problems. I have hypertension, but it has always been that way.

    I get at least 7 hours of sleep each night and I'm not gaining or losing weight... although I do have low blood pressure.

    that was some years ago ; now it's more 6-7 hours of sleep, but 10-12 hours whenever i can

    i usually don't go to the first lesson in the morning if it is not essential though => it adds me 2 hours of sleep
