Lol, this is all part of the Risk game. Cpr's penguin is now a symbol of Russia. If Russia dies, then so does the penguin. It's Russia's ingenius plan to stay alive throughout the game.

Looks like Kaom is claiming the penguin all to herself. Cpr, it seems that you are no longer the owner of the penguin, since Kaom took it for herself and Russia.
Cpr, Russia stole your penguin, Take it back with force before they roast it over a burning fire and eat it.

If you steal from Cpr, I'm pretty sure she might get angry and "accidently" destroy a few of your units. She's like Godzilla, an unstoppable force that will destory everything just to get her penguin(child in Godzilla's case) back.
