Using a verbiage of superfluos unnecesary accusations and pressumptions such as fallacy/fallacious --
Saying "I do believe my good sir that you are not of the quality of possesing an affinity for unseasoned person."
instead of saying
"Haha you idiot"
?

Superfluous, presumptions. And actually, it does make one sound more intelligent - I myself judge members by their posting vocabulary (and spelling/grammar usage, of course).

As is grammar. And one's grasp of the English language. Any ordinary Joe with access to a thesaurus can appear to be intelligent. But look closely at the sentence structure and the grammar and then the truth will out.
