Hmm that's spiderman with the parasite, Venom won't come out until the parasites join with Eddie. Yes Venom is the more evil one.

No, it is Peter Parker with Symbiote costume. He's nick name is Symbiote Spider.
In the cartoon, real Venom's body host is Eddie Brock. Venom birth whenthe symbiote (the black liquid/mucus) "took over" Eddie Brock, that's why Venom always say, "We are one".
Btw, Peter is best with black costume dont you agree?
