It wouldn't appear in his male form, only his female form. Like his penis, it doesn't appear in his female form.
Hell, I haven't even read Ranma, and I probably won't, so I wouldn't know.

i would have to say no if was originally a guy since he would have no eggs in the first place hence he cannot get pregnant. if originally a girl then i guess she would still be pregnant even in guy form. Giving birth is a completely different matter though.

Maybe such drastic physical changes would make said individual sterile?
