I heard rumors from reliable sources that the perpetrator of the attacks is actually the one who runs this site.

Of course if those sources say that the attacker is "Kevin Shiel", then that would mean that Tazmo (who is the real Kevin Shiel) is the real attacker, the mistake comes from the fact that this site's owner has taken Tazmo's real name as a user name.
