There's actually a school named after J. Edgar Hoover. You gotta be fucking kidding me. Naming a school afte Hoover basically gives you the right to name a school after Abe Lincon... oh wait they have. Wow America sure praises the wrong people.

The fact of the matter is that he sought to emancipate slaves. Look at it in general, not through a microscope lense.

No blizzar he had nothing in mind for the slaves. The war wasn't and had nothing to do with the slaves. The war was focused only on the benifical of the Union and nothing else. And besides not only that. But how do you think an illiterate chap like Abe made his money. Sure as hell wasn't farming.
