My friend is being stalked by stranger. This guy knew her hp and used a lot of different number. He threatened that he knew her home and her college and he will do "something".
I have tried to call the police, but since there's no evidence we can't make a case.

Our last effort is to self defence.

Please, I need you suggestions.. What should I do for her??
