Greetings everyone.
Yup, I havenīt logged in 4 some time already. The matter is I just finished my rural year, and I am gonna publish some pics of the jungle I was last year. And how people are destroying it. Mercilessly.
Quite a view, eh? I took this pic at the top of a hill.
The wood traders, after their cutting-feast, leave the mountain like this...
Like corpses, like down soldiers, hundreds and hundreds of logs are brought to cities by river...
...or when the proper station comes, big trucks travel in and out the jungle taking out the logs. DAY BY DAY.
Logs cut can be transported directly to other cities...
...or be minced by saw to turn them into pieces...
...or simply and sadly, be thrown to river to become part of the soil.
The waste of wood is a major problem. We donīt have a preservation culture. That is pathetic. Shameful. Hateful.
I hope you people can see the pictures and try to make this public. I know this is real off-topic, but it`s our future we`re dealing now.
Well, this is it.
Bye for the moment...
PS: I had to cut some of the pics, because of the limit of four...
If you ask me for more, I`ll be glad to send them.
