i think a permaban is a little bit extreme, though i would find it contradictory to get banned in the process of trying to get somebody's ban lifted.

the moderators here have to maintain rules though..so his request for a manga was going to get him banned anyways/ i don't know what the rest of the reasoning was for his permaban, though. the mods here are intelligent, i trust their judgment.
