I'm trying to stay awake for 36 hours. I've managed the first 20 so far and it's just turned 7 a.m. where i am but I'm beginning to yawn and I need you to give me some tips on how to stay awake. I'm not aloud to drink coffee or any other stimulant drink but other than that any suggestions would be helpful.
