I figured The Melancholy was based off of real locations, if I remember correctly Shuffle! was the same as far as their home city goes, but the attention to detail in the drawings blows my mind. That and the fact that this guy got exactly the same angles.

Actually, it's hard to tell the difference between the anime and real life at some of the locations. I wonder, did the publisher require a permit or something to take the scenes like that, especially at the school?
