A Stereotype?

Ok, earlier someone said that women in Japan posess, let's say, smaller features than what is accepted as the norm in north america, or where ever your location. Would that also apply to the stereotype of asian men having relatively smaller penises? I know that genetics is somewhat relevant to what I am saying, but is it true? I believe so, but I would also like to hear what you have to say.

wtf?! how do you ppl answer this? i don't go around looking or glancing at other guys' packages or watch/read those stuff... wtf.. er.. though i think it might be true to some extent.. but it's not just genes that control the size of things.. so it might not really be true.. hey... why not conduct an investigation?! i'm only joking...
