How come naruto and bleach take like 2 days to do a shitty job scanslating? I mean, naruto the anime used to be released subbed on the SAME DAY it was released in Japan. I don't get it. Why can't someone just do it faster? I know it seems greedy, but logistically speaking, how come they can't?

Also, from what I hear it takes a lot of work to sub an episode. I mean, it's a two-day wait. Is it that big a deal? >_>
