If you follow my posts here, you can get the general idea.

My most spectacular forum endeavor was getting banned 60 times from the same forum, including 4 IP bans. That took some work!

It was over a period of about 7 months. General terrorism...Smiley bombs, general vicious posts like the ones I post here, flagrant disregard for the rules...The usual stuff. There were 7 of us screwing with the forums...A few of them had something they called "the trinity", which they would post every once in a while...it consisted of (a) a Goatse, (b) Tubgirl, and (c) some other horrid image I don't remember. We all ended up IP banned.

or if they block the mac address you can change the ethernet or wireless card.

or just use AOL. that doesnt have a defined IP address. it keeps changing.
