It's some kind of japanese tvshow where they show some guy with a really bad english teaching english, and if they laugh they got punished (that guy speaking english is really funny). It may sound a bit weird but you should give it a chance and watch it.

i am unable to understad japanese (for the moment...), but its only a tv show ,isnt it (iveherad that japaneses were stricts with discipline in school, but this is exagerated i think)?

well singapore used to do this but with the increasing complain from parents, government step in stop it... Guess we are being too pampered huh?

well.. that was hilarious video,but at the same time i feel sorry for the man on the video. Everyone is laughing at him even though he doesnt know how to speak english.

better not post that in the wrong thread-- I've seen the mods ban for less.
