610 Sports is having a contest to find the worst baseball field in Kansas
City. Whomever 'wins' will get a new field. I don't think the picture
that was submitted does the actual field justice and also doesn't explain
the real story behind it. The field that is pictured is actually only used
as their practice field right now. It's in such bad condition that they
don't even play their games at their high school. They play their games at
a middle school close by. They also have to share their field with another
baseball team in their district. They also have to share this space with
the ladies soccer team. All of this use has put a lot of wear and tear on
the field. They have come up with a plan to get everybody their own space
if the Washington field is chosen and fixed up. They would get an actual
fence, lights, better seating, better drainage, etc., etc. Most
importantly, Jason thinks that a new field would really boost the players'
morale. This school and his players don't have much and don't get much.

So, please take a moment to vote and then forward this to everyone you
know, even if they're not in the KC area. There are a lot of athletes and
a certain baseball coach that would be very grateful!

My baseball team used to beat me up and make me give them sexual favors. Same with coach.
