Thread: Need help

Hello

I seek someone from an Englishspeaking country and which is willing to answer some questions about the country (it's for an English class assignment). The questions will be like where you live, how the school system is, the climate and a few other questions.

Remember you must be from an Englishspeaking country and you should also be around my age (17), not an must though.

Public high school. Typical high school? I take eight classes. It is required by law to take 4 years of English, 3 years of math, 2 years of another language, 2 years of social studies, and 2 years of science if you want to graduate. My school... is... decent. It ranges from smart asses going to Yale, Harvard, Princeton, ect. and typical high school drop outs who try to pursue some personal goal (ex: I know a girl who dropped out to become a singer.)

I live in California, specifically, the San Francisco Bay Area, where the climate is a pleasant Mediterranean. The school system is 5 years of primary school, 3 years of middle school, and 4 years of high school. Kids start school at around age five, and should end at around 18. Of course, most go on to post-secondary school training (college, univeristy, etc.)
