Yeah, it looks like an accident to me. Notice how they grabbed them,and then slammed them on the ground so that they would be hit in the neck, not the head itself? It seems to me that they were trying to break the animals' necks, which would give them a painless death, though they would still involuntarily twitch some.
Same thing when you are bird hunting, and you get the bird with a few pellets, but not enough to kill it. You grab it by the head, and then spin it a few times, like spinning a ball on a string, to break its neck.
After that, its just the normal way you skin an animal. Anyone that has ever killed a deer has done similar things, that's not very disturbing. I think the guys just made a mistake, and didn't notice that the animals weren't dead yet. Then again, they could just be sick degenerate's that get off on hurting animals. The point being, its almost impossible to tell from a video like this. This video is designed to disgust people, and as such, I am not sure I can trust such a video to be credible, or to show the unbiased truth.
