Reset Windows Shortcut

i would like to know what the path is for creating a shortcut to put on my desktop to click when i feel like reseting instead of clicking on the start menu, turn of computer, then reset
i already know that the path for shutdown is
%windir%\System32\shutdown.exe -s
and if u want it to automatically end programs that arent responding when shutting down is
%windir%\System32\shutdown.exe -s -f
but what is the path for reset when creating a shortcut?

The only thing I can think of is if you wanted to restart explorer.exe
Just use ctrl+alt+del and then sort your running processes in the task manager by stuff that's under your name. Find explorer.exe and end task. Then go to the application tab, hit the new task button, and type in explorer.exe to start it back up again.
It's a great way to get around a frozen comp.

I know that on my laptop I can set what pressing the power button does. Currently, I have it set to standby, but I could just as easily set it to reset. Look into that.
