Ishida was stronger than an SS captain (albeit the weakest one) and now he's learning more. I think Ishida will be the one to take out Tousen.

Chad was almost Lieutenant level before any training but now he's making himself stronger, so its likely he'll be useful.

Inoue's time reversal healing is the second most powerful skill shown (Aizen's illusions are the strongest) all she needs is to reinforce her shield and become a good striker with her attack and she'll be useful.

Ishida is the only useful character since he has the highest potential
Chad will be more of a support char along with Orihime

Ishida and Chad will definately be useful battle-wise but Inoue is good at healing. Even though she can't fight, at least she tries to help out. I hope Chad will become stronger not just with his strength but his whole fighting "package."

i think Ryuuken will teach Ishida how to maintain that form he achieved while in SS, because that was the pinnacle of the Quincy, the last stage if you can say that. don't forget that quincies are human, their most powerful form is the one that Ishida achieved in SS, and only a few knows or have ever done it.

Earth Co. has one advantage over soul society.

    Shinigami have limits.

The manga or mangaka has never stated that humans do.

So, their weakness is their strength. They have potential to be the weakest, or strongest.

Actually, the mangaka has stated that humans have limits. Physical limits. Ishida went into burn out as a self defense against his own power, and Chad nearly killed himself by overusing his skill. However, you do have a point in that Quincy powers are external in source, so the hypothetical limit to them is the total combined energy of all spiritrons within the Quincy's absorbtion radius. However, this would in turn mean that a Quincy should be weaker on earth, where there are less spiritrons, but I don't think the author will go that deep into it.

That is because the combined (and many sole) minds of an entire forum are better at logic, physics and probably at remembering the stated rules than the mangaka himself.

And yeah, it is highly probable that all three of them will gain some sort of new power or an increase in power, after all he has spent quite a lot of pages building up their history and relationship.

Im not saying you should have pefrect grammar or so, i often write without ending scenteces and i almost never use ' in "it's" and stuff... nothing personal, but its annoying to read.

You're miunderstanding his meaning of limits.

Shinigami have been stated to have a point where they simply can't become any stronger, where they can never see any more improvement, while humans have never seen this upper bounds rule like this imposed.

So with enough training, Chad could technically become stronger than any Shinigami alive or that will ever appear, as long as the limit rule doesn't apply.

It seems shinigami have a fixed limit due to immortality. Humans have an adjustable limit but time constraints.

Maybe the reason hybrid theory is pursued by Vizards and Aizen is because by becoming a hybrid, the rules apply less.
