cant wait for the scanlations of bleach chapter 222

Maybe Aizen is starting to conquer hell and making hollows out of them. Since they mentioned hell in the beginning of the series and it was the last time they did.

is it me only or does anybody else thinks that Orihime is really annoying worrying about the same thing over and over. Damn, Ichigo's vizard mask is really sick, now i wonder what will aizen do now that Ichigo is a shinigami hybrid. I said now because before he didn't have control over it but now he does and you can sense it from his reiatsu.

I think it's even more annoying that she is worried about Ichigo BUT he doesn't give a damn about her or the others.... he is completely focused on himself and Rukia. I have a nice "name" for this kind of people....

LOL Almost reminds ms of another girl worrying about a guy and him not giving a crap about her and her feelings. He just cared about himself. Good ole Sasuke.

You almost make it seem like Ichigo is selfish when in fact he wants to get stronger for a purpose not to go around flexing his muscles or anything like that but to protect people in need. Orihime is just fine nobody was trying to kill her for some sacred gumball, plus his other friends can take care of her.

As I noted earlier in the discussion thread, I didn't have time to do a full script. So this week AkiDot did most of the work with heavy edits and the like. If she ever decides to post here, give her some love. I'll see what I can do about notes later today though.

Also, I have a request for the cross-posters out there. Well, I guess disproves the theory that was somewhat accepted around the fandom that only Menos-type Hollows/Arrancar could possibly fire off a Cero.

(Ichigo's Hollow self seems to molt off to reveal Ichigo's real spiritual body; complete with the wounds he sustained fighting Anti-Ichigo, but with his Hollow mask still on his face.)

Interesting sight that suggests that even though the Inner World is inside yourself; you'll still bring the damage back with you like when you leave your spiritual self and go back to your physical self. So the chain of damage here goes Inner World => Real Spiritual Body => Physical Body.

Since I don't really have anything close to resembling what you'd call a formal education in the Japanese language (more or less self-taught), it's easy to see how I missed the s/th phonetic crossover effect when I first transcribed the title from katakana to English. Another +1 to AkiDot for putting up with me on final drafts like this.

Orihime: Hmmm, Kurosaki didn't make it to class again. I can feel his reiatsu if I focus, so he should be all right.

Orihime: He's maybe training in secret around here... we shouldn't have to search all over for him, but... even Kuchiki's troubled... (He... left without saying anything to her...)

(Orihime remembers the troubled Ichigo from the recent past.)

Orihime: Ack! What is this all of a sudden. I'm being all depressed. Er, but even Ishida and Sado are all taking breaks, so it's natural to get all worked up about it. What do I do if this keeps up, though? Maybe I'll get Tatsuki to have a bite to eat tomorrow; she's been under the weather too... Great, so I'll head over to her place and see what I can do for her.

(An old lady drops by and has a word with Orihime.)

Shinigami technology can get a bit... organic. Take a look at the crew over at the 12th Division and what sort of devices/technology they use and you'll see what I'm talking about.

Looks like Ichigo ain't gonna let himself be bothered by his hollow-self anymore, he seized the throne for good. How come Rukia ain't doing no training? Also this is pure speculation, but wouldn't Ichigo's hollow be classified as a Vastorode class hollow based on its strenght or reiatsu?

Sounds like a very nice chapter. I wonder though, what possible use Hollow Ichigo has for a Cero when he can fire Zangetsu's moon fangs? Actually, that brings up a question: Is Hollow Ichigo still using Zangetsu when he is fully transformed or just fighting without a sword?

Anyway, as I said before, it's nothing too big, but there's been one small change to it since then you posted here:

By the way, Ichigo's Hollow can't be considered a Vastrode simply because his Hollow is not a Menos-type. Sure enough, he's got enough power to probably rival one or come close at least, but as far as we know, Anti-Ichigo hasn't satisfied the requirements to become a Menos (bond with other Hollows).

I think that the reason he couldn't use zangetsu is because he didn't absorb Ichigo, they didn't merge yet. it's kind of hard to explain but Ichigo and his hollow were like two in one, one is a shinigami, the other is a hollow so the fact that he didn't eat ichigo made impossible for him to use zangetsu in the real world. notice when ichigo fully became the hollow he still had the mask on.

That or he decided the Cero worked better for the task at hand.

The Getsuga Tenshou isn't guaranteed to obliterate something of equal level, but will do a ton of slashing damage (Byakuya, Grimmjow).

The Cero is designed for a sure kill; TOTAL obliteration even against a superior opponent (Yamii against Yoruichi).
