Thread: Which Voice Actors should voice each character for the U.S. dub?

Not all American dubs have been awful.

Actually, some of the older dubs are better. Most of Sailor Moon wasn't terrible. Gundam Wing had some awesome ones, I don't think there was a voice in there I didn't like. And let's not forget Cowboy Bebop, the VA's from there were just awesome. :">

Actually, I'm kind of hoping that whoever voiced Faye from Cowboy Bebop would do Matsumoto. Both are deep, but still sensual enough. *_*

The first Sailor Moon voices were good, but I think they changed some after a few seasons and it went downhill.

I never really cared for some of the voices in Yu-Gi-Oh.

Digimon was pretty good for voices, I thought. With the exception of Mimi (and the cringing every time I heard a badly translated name), I liked the human voices.

But anyways.... I'd be willing to bet money that Rukia is going to have a bad voice. Maybe a ridiculously high-pitched one?

Yes, the first voices were indeed very good. And then it all went kaput. T_T

I sure hope not :< Rukia doesn't deserve such uncoolness. (But watch it happen ;_; )

Not sure about the other characters, but I'll say right now that Keith David should do Tousen. That would be so incredibly bad ass.

the guy who did jin's voice on samurai champloo could do Kuchiki Byakuya.

I'm hoping they get Dave Chappell to be Ichigo, Charlie Murphy to be Ishin, and Alec Baldwin to be Zangetsu.

But sadly that'll never happen...

I just have this horrible feeling Orihime will get this extremely high-pitched and annoying voice...

I hope they don't make Rukia all manly too...
