isn't that the guy soul society imprisonned in the Bleach Jump Fiesta 2005:the sword Frenzy? also wasn't Jump Fiesta supposed to be out already?

Hmm, the Jump Fiesta... Never watched that. Seeing how he looks so horribly much like an Arrancar, might he have a role in the story?

As far as I know he was made up for the game. BUT I never seen the 05 Fiesta. Has a RAW of that even been released? Im surprised Dattebayo, at least, hasn't got it and subbed it yet.

He's just a filler enemy, probably super strong but beaten by our heroes, becouse its a filler...

I severely doubt he will have any role in the fillers. Its just for the game (and maybe that '05 Jump Fiesta). The game itself isnt that bad actually. Im sure someone on gamefaqs, or something, could confirm if he is an arrancar or not if they beat the game. But I haven't got up to him yet because I been playing MGS3:Subsistence xP.
Also I doubt they would just make up an arrancar like that, filler or not, game only or not. Especially since arrancars aren't even in the anime yet.

The Jump Fiesta 2005: The sealed sword frenzy, was supposed to be out since last year much like Naruto's 2nd movie which was supposed to be out since August 2005.
summary of Jump Fiesta 2005: Sealed sword Frenzy, Shinigami named Baishin who was sealed by Soul Society long ago is set free on Earth. On a fateful day Ichigo encounters him and has roughly half of his reiatsu drained. Its now up to Ichigo and Soul Society to finally put a stop to Baishin and his destruction

I think that maybe he is that weird presence we always see in the background in the animes's. You know the head houncho of the Hollows or something like that.

He's in the PS2 game Bleach: Hanatareshi Yabou.
He turns up in the animation bits at the start and I think he's the end boss, I haven't got to that bit yet though but I'll let you know when I do. *still playing*
