Well i thought it was pretty clear that they wanted him to join them. Maybe they are testing him (i don't understand japanese) just to see his actual level.... then will come the training session.

They are strange group of people... with the bad-ass-looking (favourite type of charachter for kt) little girl as leader.

Finally the Vizards come into play.

I just LOVE Hiyori's mask. Actually for that matter i like the stylings of all the vizor masks we've seen so far (a.k.a. ichigo and hirako). Also funny how she constantly bitch slaps hirako around with that sandal :P

ichigo is a pussy, they didn't even have to ask him to figure out why he wouldn't call upon his hollow. And on top of it he wants to know how to control it and won't join up with them. reallly naive if you ask me.
I like the power level in bleach better than DBZ where cats would destroy planets and still would get beaten.
