yeah thats probably it... could there be any chance that hiyori became a menos? is that even probably for a "transmigrated" shinigami to hollow end up with a menos form??? since we know Menos can become shinigami why cant shinigamis become menos... weve only seen Ichigos hollow form so its too hard to make a prediction or speculate... but that similarity is uncanny.

Well, in order for a Menos to be formed, there has to be a huge number of lesser, individual Hollows to serve as a base to combine into one. Chances are that isn't the case for a Vizard since they'd be fusing multiple Hollows into their Hollow selves.
Additionally, Menos Grande aren't really referred to as Hollows once they've ascended; they're called Menos proper from then on (or as far as we've seen anyway) to differentiate them from lesser beings.

k man the reason ichigo doesnt want to use the hollow power is bc if he does the hollow takes over. Plus im pretty sure ichigo can own prob all of them there hes beyond captian level when hes trying so i think hes holding back.

He's not holding back by choice, his hollow side has gotten a lot more powerful lately and if he fights all out he can't stop it from coming out. Ichigo can't control that form and it seems to love fighting/killing so it scares him. Ichigo isn't more powerful than the Vizards, from what we know (about Bleach and Shonen Mangas in general) we can assume that the Viazards would be somewhere around the Arankaru in power, so ichigo is still not as powerful as them.

what an interesting chapter. finally we get to see the vizards; definitely the least organized bunch out of all of them (and probably least amount of members).
this is probably 'cause they don't really have something solid to rely on: the arrancars have aizen to rally them, and Soul Society has the thousands of years of tradition and organization.
i wonder how vizards got their powers... i doubt that ichigo's way is common at all.
ichigo's potential is probably greater than all of them though; considering urahara believes that ichigo will get stronger than himself, and urahara's already incredibly strong (just speculation, but it seems like it).
