i guess "lame" and "dull" are different?

According to the Microsoft Word Thesaurus:
Dull = boring, uninteresting, tedious, monotonous, dreary, deadly, unexciting
Lame = nothing. I believe it's used in the context of boring and uninteresting, however, as opposed to being unable to walk properly.
So I'd say this person is just someone who didn't bother to search.

If you think its so dull, then reread the early chapters of Bleach until something "interesting" happens.
