Thread: powering up of chars

Ok, maybe he is not a Vaizard... (there is no proof that he is one but there is no proof that he hasn't undergo the treatmeant)

But he was definetely powered up than before.... simply judging his fight with Kenpachi. He wasn't even able to defeat him when he was able to hit the 11th squad captain on a part of the body of his choice. A clean and free hit and he did nothing.

And now he is able to cut the arm of an Espada? Tsk tsk : power up!

what makes you think he cant cut off kenpachis arm?

He wasn't able to do so (or kill him) in chapter 147.... and Kenpachi was still only waiting for getting hit.

1. Did you even look at the Vaizards we've seen? Hirako and Hiyori both didn't have visible masks except when Hirako pulled his out against Ichigo.
2. You have no idea what you're talking about do you? Vaizards are Shinigami who get Hollow powers. Ichigo was stated as being a Vaizard by Hirako.
3. Please explain how normal Tousen>Grimmjow>=Bankai Ichigo>weird powerup Ichigo>=Kenpachi>eyepatch Kenpachi>Bankai Tousen

Also, Shawlong, the arrancar Hitsugaya killed in one hit, was obviously FAR weaker than Grimmjow. Unreleased Grimmjow was keeping up with Bankai Ichigo, while released Shawlong got one-hit-killed by Bankai Hitsugaya.

weather a sword can cut someone or not is based on spirit pressure, I really don't think Grimjaw would defy Aizen's third in command right in front of his eyes. Tousen could've done anything to Grimjaw at that point and Grimjaw would've let him. If Tousen was not Aizen's subbordinate, Grimjaw likely would've killed hilled him for even trying to cut him.

To summarize this: Grimjaw >>> Tousen but power isn't all that matters.

It is based on spirit pressure. Revisit Kempachi vs Ichigo, when initially, Ichigo actually harms himself and in unable to cut Kempachi

Well ,the opponent really have to be overwhelmed by your spirit pressure to not be able to cut you , a little difference in spirit pressure dosen't matter and also your will/determination to win plays a part too .
