Who do you think are the strongest ten charachters (as of chapter 211) in bleach. I know that this requires speculation, but lets have a little fun with this.

2. Genryusai
3. Ichigo
4. Byakuya
5. Gin
6. Zaraki

8. Ulquiorra (I can never spell his name right)
9. Grimjaw
10. Hitsugaya

That list was likely the most incorrect bleach rankings I've seen. EVER. We've just come into a new story arc, it's too early to judge power yet, there's still FARtoo much that we haven't seen.

Aizen - no explanation needed right?
Yama-Jii - Probably the most powerful shinigami right now. I don't think that he could take Aizen, though
Ichigo - Given that he is very unstable right now He obviously has amazing power. Now if only he could control it
Byakuya - seemed to be about equal to good ol' ichigo there for a little bit. didn't do so well against the vizard form though. still he might just be the second strongest of the regular Shinigami... hard to tell at this point.
Gin - Umm... i dunno I am probably way off base with this one but I figure he must be pretty strong and probably is the second strongest of Aizens group
Zaraki - gotta be in the top ten. Is he the third Strongest captain... who knows. I think so. especially considering that if Ichigo had to face the strongest guys (and neither the Manga or the Anime says this, but from a storytelling point of view I would make my main hero face the strongest dudes) then it goes Byakuya then Zaraki. That's real fuzzy logic.
Tousen - Aizen's third strongest, got beat by Zaraki.
Ulquiorra - Aizen's fourth strongest??? I dunno seems plausible.
GrimJaw - Now I know we don't know much about Aizen's troops, so Grimjaw may just be the weakest of the strong, but so far he seems to be Aizen's fifth strongest.
Hitsugaya - I would venture to say that he is the fourth strongest shinigami in Soul Society. He also has "the most powerful Ice/ water type zanpakuto"
I'm probably wrong and I will admit that now. I started this thread to see what other people think. If you don't want to play then don't, this is just harmless speculation.
nullify your entire point... Mayuri can kill you just by this simple fact... people breathe. Mayuri = poison soooo... everyone dies. but lemme guess... Aizen can hypnotize it out of the air and Gin will poke at it while eduardo slices it into nothingness and kenpachi slices wildly at it....
i can see it now... mayuri as a puddle laughing his ass of as you choke to death.

May not be the strongest but just the first 10 that came to mind.
i cant believe urahara and ishin isnt even in your first list. i think they HAVE to be stronger then some esparda because they are hundreds of years old.
