Yes! I voted for this pairing.

Even though Ichigo and Rukia as a couple is really awesome, for me it's just too...typical, I guess.

I like the Ishida and Orihime pairing because I feel some sympathy for Orihime, who likes Ichigo but has always been playing second fiddle to Rukia. I think Ishida would be a good match for her, since so far he's been playing second fiddle to Ichigo...it would just be nice, I think, having the two of them as a couple.

In my opinion, Ishida would treat her better than Ichigo would. When Ishida fights Mayuri and tells her to run away, she isn't frightened and confused the way she is when Ichigo does the same thing later in the manga. When Ishida protects her, which he does a lot of, he doesn't make it seem like it's his job, or a burden. He does it because he wants to.

Well, I think this is a better match than Ichigo and Orihime, anyway.

if kubo tite one day felt like adding a plot twist and pair ichigo+orihimi, i'll stop watching the anime and read the manga. ichigo+orihime is the worst pair possible. ichigo+rukia all the way.

ok this is JAPAN not america. their culture is way different from ours. wat they do between friends made be very weird to us but its normal for them and doesnt make them lesbians or be in love with each other. i hope you poeple study japanese culture before commenting.

The best couple would be Ichigo and Orihime. Why? Because Inoue pretty much loves Ichigo as it is, and if Ichigo managed to fall for her after all the time that they knew each other, then they could really hit it off. Ichi and Ruki wouldn't work because Ichigo only knows Rukia as the person who literally changed his life. Besides, Rukia has Renji for her, which means that Orihime can take Ichigo for herself.

Inoue and Ishida might be okay, but it doesn't seem that Ishida cares for Inoue in the same sense that Ichigo does. He just protects her as a bodyguard and understands how she feels about Kurosaki... that's it. Ishida wouldn't have anyone to hook up with at all if it weren't for Kubo Tite pairing him with Inoue during the Soul Society separation thing.

Ichigo and Rukia's nice, but it's pretty much the standard manga/anime couple, and Inoue more or less loves Ichigo. It'd be so sad for her to see Ichigo liking Rukia best. Of course, there's always Ishida to "comfort" her.
Same with Renji. He's been Rukia's friend for so long. He kind of "deserves" Rukia.
