I'd like to see Ishida and Orihime get together. They're just so sweet to one another, not to mention they'd be one hekuva smart couple too. And I can well imagine them "growing old and sewing together" XD

Ichigo and Rukia but I doubt they'll be getting together anytime soon since ichigo hasn't shown love interest for anybody whatsoever. If anything I would say he's dense or hasn't reached puberty.

xD Poor Ikkaku. Will anyone ever think the bowling ball look is pretty? He sorta reminds me of a tall Krillin from DB. Maybe Mayuri should make him a hot chick.
