A: Yes, since souls cannot be permanently removed from the flow of souls between earth and Soul Society without upsetting the balance.

My guess si that they only have one transformation. If they had a second oen thjey would have used it to detroy their enemies. Eduardo would have used it against Ikkaku. But here again the decision stays in KT' hands. He can upgrade the aranlarus or just leave them as powerful as they are.

id say that they could achieve a higher level, but aizen mightn ot want gin and tousen to be redundant aswell. or indeed himself.

I'd guess that by the end we will have seen at least one allancar bankai, but that we are still pretty early in the arc for them to be revealed yet.

Q: What are the names of the people who work in Research and Development. What chapters are they shown in.

What is the difference between a vizard and an Arrancar? I am abit confuse because seems like the vizards are another faction running loose.

They're in the chapters with Rukia's gigai. Don't nkow the exact numbers, sorry. Their names really aren't important since they don't play much of a role.

Arankaru are hollows that have taken shinigami powers.
Vizards are shinigami who have used forbidden techniques to acquire hollow powers.

Isn't there a part in the manga where Ichimaru opens his eyes? Did they skip this in the anime?

A: yes he does open his eyes in both anime and manga. Both times when Ichimaru first encounters Ichigo, Chad etc.
