hmm... i'll have to go with a girl on this one. Isane Kotetsu; aside from her dopey looks, her hair is somewhat of a mix between Major Motoko and Obi-Wan =P

for the men, i'd say Renji. the guy reminds me of that samurai spirits character with only a hakama covering his body.

I voted for byakuya since he has a unique hair-do... But I also like hitsugaya's though he's hair-do is common in anime. Just like everyone said, he's cool for having a silvery white hair (for a kid).
