Kubo Tite is falling in the dark side of the mangas ( easier, faster ) to create intersting fights and situations with already existing charcter by buffing their powers. That's not good at all. I was already pissed rukia got so strong now i am reconsidering the fact that bleach is the more pleasant manga, and the more well builted ( the Aizen part blew my mind ).
That's so sad. It's kinda like naruto. Seems that every manga will be great in the first and maybe the second arch, but after that the mangaka will soften up and do easy expectable shit.

We see Rukia is totally inferior to a "real" arankaru.
Iīm dissappointed Ikkaku is able to use bankai, I thought he maybe developed a new zanpakuto ability or something like this and for Renji a new bankai ability.
