they go to the true heaven (or Hell if they killed a lot of people)
I have two main beefs with Bleach's current after life.
one the banlance
two the Japanese theme
ok let's say that most of the killings happen in the 75-80 sections in the SS so that's what about 10,000-100,000 a year.
While in the US alone we get about 12,000 deaths form old age, cancer, ect a day and about 15,000 briths a day. that balnces wouldn't work since Earth's popultion is growing while SS is growing much lets, plus add in about the 20 wars going around on Earth plus pleages and other shit.
So they must think the banlice is true but it isn't or that the Sprite world is soo insaly massive and counts all the other worlds with live (which may be wear fox dude is form) that blowing up a world or two wouldn't matter at all.
ok now the japanese theme, I personly don't think that were everyone on Earth goes to, since Japan had very little major world impact befor the 1900's and that Japan's culture isn't that old only about 800 years compare to China (5000) Greeko-Roman (3000+ since it still is seen today)
so thet has to be other nations (like Valihala (sp)) the City of Heaven, Hel (Norse underworld were people that didn't die in battle go too) Hades, ect.
it would be kinda cool to see some kinda of war between the nations
ok first of all, this is a japanese manga, set in japan, so really don't use US figures, since the mangaka most liekly don't know or care about US birth/death figures.
secondly, shinigamis are somewhat of a japanese thing, that is why ss is japan themed, besides once again its a japanese manga, it would make more sense for him to make the setting something that he can relate to.
so are you saying that japan is only 800 years old because that is a load of bull.

That's right.... i mean... bleach is about only one thing....
charachter a and charachter b swing their swords and use their powers... end of the deal.
