well everyone i know that speaks spanish goes

    uno (1)
    dos (2)
    tres (3)
    cuatro (4)
    cinco (5)
    sies (6)
    sieto (7)
    ocho (
    nueve (9)
    diez (10)
    once (11)
    doce (12)
    trece (13)
    catorce (14)
    quince (15)
    diez y sies (16)
    diez y sieto (17)
    diez y ocho (1
    diez y nueve (19)
    viente (20)

and so on and so forth, i recognized what KT wrote immediately but trust me the spanish i know is different

i do know that those meant first second and so on but everone always seems to use the number instead of the adverb (?) ... whatever

You hit the nail on the head. The difference between what you've listed and what the arrancar have been using to number themselves is the difference between saying "one" and "first." One is a noun, first is an adjective. And of course, other people have already pointed out that the numbering is in a European Spanish dialect.

    ....
about the word than is in spanish is Vastolord (the last part you will actualy know what it is) the firts part, i know what it is but i look anyway in the "royal spanish academy diccionari" to make sure:

    (Del lat. vastus).

    1. adj. Dilatado, muy extendido o muy grande.

translation can be the exact oposite of small, is not big or large is "HUGE"... this word is not to much used in my country (argentina) maybe in the others but not here...

the last thing i want to add is to stop using the word latin america to all the people in south america how speak spanish... this world is used for brazil to because portuguese came from latin to and so brazil speak portuguese.... and most of because bleach is influence by mexican culture and maybe spanish but not argentine, uruguay, chile, paraguay, colombia, venezuela, etc... only mexican and some Spanish, going further the only relacion than mexico have whit other sud america countries is than they play Football ( not to god i may add hehe)... and the only thing than all of you atleas know o my culture is Tango and in bleach is not any tango so my culture is not related whit that =p...

To answer your question, Kubo Tite did it for a number of reasons. Mainly to be different and unique. Not only that but Bleach is one of the few anime series that have a varying degree of racial backgrounds and cultures. If you didn't notice, spanish isn't the only thing in the series and also different groups take on different cultures:

    Karakura Town: present day
    Soul Society: feudal japan
    Hollows: Spanish theme
    Quincy's: German theme

those are the main ones. Plus, if you didn't realize, it makes it clear how Chad is connected to hollows in some way.

The themes work well and compliment each other. Anyone can watch Bleach and appreciate its diversity. I can't remember the last time a mexican, german, black guy, white guy, lesbian, interracial couples, children with high maturity and positions, metrosexuals, and lets not forget all the different personalities...were ALL in the same series and that same series was GREAT to watch and enjoy. Quit worrying about what is and isn't. Appreciate the result, not the implementation. When you meet KT, ask him about his logic then.
