I learned quite a bit in this thread, ergo it was quite useful.

The maturity level on this board is at an all-time low: certain people sling needless insults around with reckless abandon where simple answers, thread deletion or ignoring would suffice.

Silence is the best answer for a fool. If one feels a non-inflammatory post is useless, ignore the post and let it DIE! (or delete it). Responding in an inflammatory manner only encourages the poster (and others) to counter in a similar manner (should they share the same maturity level as the original flamer), ergo degenerating the entire thread into a flame fiesta. So why bother flaming?

The only explanation I can come up with is that most of the flamers are probably young males in their early teens who get off on typing things to people that they wouldn't dare say in real life. Once they hit their 20's or so, the novelty will wear off.

    I heartily concur.

Nobody that this thread is not interesting, but it is pointless to ask a question nobody can answer.
In that case, in a perfect world, the forum would contain 5 threads containing 2 posts each: five existential questions holding the question and its answer.
The goal here is to discuss, not to have ready answers to everything.

The reference to the mexican cult of the dead is quite interesting and perhaps we should have an insight about the mythology: could contain some leads to the manga's future.

If no one's interested, well yes, let the thread die.

(being French, I'm waiting for the French bad guy to make its entrance. There is always a French villain, all moustache and stuff and having a ridiculous name like "Delacour" or "De la Motte")

So the post should have a different named and be formed differently. " Don't you find all the spanish references in Bleach intersting ? what do you think it's for .. i think it's ... ".
Asking things like that on a forum is just a way to make a thread, and show some random theories, anyway, i don't really care.

i think it's because using Spanish (regardless however) is like how fantastic it is when you hear a magic spell spoken in some arcane language.

you know you don't understand it, and because you know that other people do get it gives it a feeling of awe and spectacularity.

Somebody obviously doesn't have to live in an area where you hear almost as much spanish as english when in public areas.

I don't mind spanish, but why couldn't he just use Latin? It's almost the same anyway, just cooler.

It's more accurate to say that arrancar means to rip something off.

Why does Tite use Spanish so much? Probably because English has gotten so common in other anime and manga franchises, he decided to go with a Latin theme for the Hollows to be unique.

    There, simple.

He's shown an affinity for Latin culture in the past. I believe some of the character songs Kubo picked were in Spanish. (Shunsui's was an Argentinian dance song, right?) I guess he's just more familiar with Spanish.

And please, Esperanto? More people speak Klingon than Esperanto.
