It is great to see the authentic script that the author wrote and his drawings, but I just think that the anime is really well done, I mean the makers could have screwed it up, but it does stay true to the plot.

I won't vote as there should have been a way to select both. I think they are complementary to each other.

anyways the manga eclipses the anime in many ways as its usually clearer and much more informative all tho i have to give a nod to the anime because all of the attacks are well portrayed by the animators... although the rest of the show really does look lame, the standard set during the action should be constant in the entire show (for example the first say... 130 episodes of Naruto)

however the anime has one HUGE boost from me... the third ending song Houki Boshi is the most played song on my computer currently at 134 times listened to... i love that song

Though my reasons are different... Well i like manga all the way long... since its original... and secondly my campus frnds are also member of this forum and I don't wanna get on their wrong side(I am i debt u see)

i vote manga. i had the same feeling. when i got on; i thought it was odd i was down to like 40 something posts.Manga all the way around...

for me i tink both have their good points, for example the manga has excellent drawings and certain fight scene can b express more clearly in the anime.

i read the manga just 2 no whats going on but i like the anime a lot its gotten really good the past few weeks and i love the music
a month ago it mightve been manga, but now its all anime

Anime. As people have been saying, the fight scenes are WAY better, the manga has no way to convey the action to the same level.
I just remember the one incident where Ichigo -as you say- pwns the Vice-captains (while Renji is escaping with Rukia), in the manga it was done in about two screens, so all detail was lost and it just looked confusing. The anime version of it was 100% better.
I love the new opening song too...and Ishida looks hot in his new armor. XD. Can't wait for him to get it.

I voted ANime but I love both. In both you get some things that you don't get in others. Some aspects are changed in anime from manga so it fits better and some manga has added bits they don't have time to show in the anime.
