I took the end with a grain of salt, because how would you explain Isshin and Ichigo having similar naming Zanpaktous and both having the ability Getsuga Tensho, him calling Ichigo son could be a elder talking to a youngster thing he could even be his grandfather.

This might also explain what Aizen has to do with this, because if you remember when him a Ichigo were fighting Aizen said "I have been aware of you since the time you were born" he then says "Since the moment of your birth you have been special....because you are the offspring of a shinigami and" at this point Isshin shows up and tells Aizen he talks to much.

Also in the next chapter when Isshin takes Ichigo out of Aizens way, Aizen says "Keep your distance...a fast and wise decision...seems it runs in the family". I take it he was talking about Juhabach.

KT really is the ultimate troll but we can't say he didn't hint at all this.

Even if he does have Quincy powers. How in the world would Ichigo master it that quickly? I think it has something more to do with some ability added on by Urahara or someone.

Why would Ichigo having quincy powers have anything to do with Urahara or someone else? Juho all but said the exact words, "your mom was a quincy" I don't think he's using the powers on purpose or mastered them either, it's more like instinct.

And Juho calling him son, I read that the same way a priest calls everyone who's catholic son or daughter, not literally as in his kid by blood

and Juhabach being the mother of Ichigo...

So Ichigo lost his resolve and concentration after hearing from some stranger his mom was a Quincy. I would think it safe to assume Byakuya is officially dead then. It would be kind of lame if Ichigo has to go back to him and say I failed or next time. He will use his "promise" as fuel the next time he meets Jucha. At least they do in the movies.

I wonder who will teach Ichigo how to use his Quincy powers? Smile. I guess Ishida's dad will also have to teach him to tap into his own hidden potential. I guess that also means Kenpanchi's will achieve bankai by his next meeting. I am interested to see what it is, he isn't a fast guy so I doubt it will be a speed boost and his power is pretty crazy as is. Perhaps a duplicate of himself with the same power as the original.
