Wonder who the new guy is, why he´s threatening Urahara and why those Shinigami turned on each other (maybe there´s a Quincy who´s able to control others?).

I don't think the new guy is new I think it could be the return of Grimmjow or even Gin, I don't think it's Isshin because his Zanpaktou blade is much bigger, it would be nice if it was Yoruichi with her Zanpaktou.
Seems like most (or at least some :D) expect this to be Grimmjow, if not him then a new character! Guess we´ll see next chapter... and maybe Ichigo´ll go crazy by hearing all those help cries :D
I am expecting our boi G-Jaw as well. Another solid chapter of bleach....minus the relentless choking on Ichigo's dick.
I'd say that is Nel. She transformed into her "sexy" form since Ichigo and co. is in trouble. Remember she said she's gonna proctect Ichigo's back? Yea she aint joking. Although when she said that she's in her kid form LOL.
Definitely Grimmjow. Nobody else would slice someone vertically in half with such ferocity, then turn their blade towards Urahara. He'll probably demand intel on what's going on and try to get back at the Quincy. He is the rightful "King" of Hueco Mundo afterall :D
Also, that dude was separated from his ear...Kubo honestly is an excellent artist.

I know everyone is expecting Grimjaw, but how could he possibly sneak up on Urahara. Unless he is just acting like he didn't know Grimjaw was there. I don't think any arrancer could surprise or go unnoticed by Urahara so I think it might be someone knew. Although the more I think about it, I think Urahara is just playing dumb and it is Grimjaw. CURSES. Kind of pissed at this chapter all these pages of Ichigo hearing voices and then we end on a blade in Urahara's face.
I gotta admit, usually I hate Kubo's cliff hangers but for once this one actually makes me feel excited for the next chapter without being pissed off that nothing happened. I guess he is getting better at writing. At least we haven't seen any of those random blank panels reacently
