At least Ichigo is kinda badass! And lol at the dark fighter saving SS
I wonder if Kirge is really "fatally" wounded xD

yeah, not only is he fighting more like a badass, but he's actually saying stuff that doesn't make him look like a dumbass

This chapter was better at least than this week´s Naruto chapter and perhaps on par with One Piece (there was some awesomeness there as well xD)

so nobody is going to mention how suspecious Urahara is behaving?

He didn't seem any more suspicious to me than he's ever acted before. He always seems to more know then he lets on or tells others lol maybe he's gonna be the final bad guy, which would suck since he's one of my favorite characters. Another reason, he seems to genuinely conserned about what's going on at Soul Society

Don´t think he´s suspicious, but I suppose he knows more than he´s letting on (like always, actually!). I doubt that he helped the Quincy in some way, though...

Urahara is the epitome of suspicious. He knows everything, even when he doesn't know everything he has an air about him that it doesn't surprise him. DAMN you Ichigo, I LOVE when he does this move:

I remember when he deflected all of Byakuya's blades and then in the movie he blocked all the blades by the mythical shingami. SOB. SMILE.
As everyone said Ichigo seems much more determined and focused, this is what was lacking in previous arcs. Oh look an enemy let me go talk to him and figure out his reason for attacking. Uh oh he didn't reply I guess I better go bankai. Please don't disappoint me, hopefully he has learned something from this battle going forward. GOOD chapter, indeed better than Naruto again.

I wonder if next weeks chapter will be a special one since it is chapter 500.

I am so impressed with whoever Kubo hired to give him ideas on story progression. There's tension in this. Ichigo isn't an idiot for once.

Why were that Quincy's techniques named "Blood Vein" and "Blood Artery"? Is it just for cool factor or is it how they channel spirit particles?

I wonder how Ichigo is going to be able to handle all those captain level Quincy in SS...Don't fail us now Kubo!

My main question ia why are they so afraid of Bankai when they have been shown to have power practically on par with it? Is it a power level thing or a fear which stems from something more...innate?

I agree also with Ichigo's demeanor. For once I am digging Ichigo rushing off to be the hero. For some reason it doesnt seem utterly forced and staged this time around. Only thing thats playing with my head is why would Akon even suggest Ichigo right off the bat when they know their enemies render Bankais obsolete? Was Mayuri on to the fact that Ichigo could he the key to helping them in this battle due to some form if scientific deduction? Or was Akon just pulling a Tsunade during the Pein invasion by being all tough like " Pein is here, Calk Naruto back"? I like Akon so I hope he had a good science based reason for wanting Ichigo back rather than pulling the helpless damsel in distress routine.

Why can't Ichigo's bankai be sealed? and where's Kenpachi?
