And wtf is up with SS?! Throwing those kids in the heat of battle (Yeah I know, they probably are really strong or are going to be trained by Ichigo...or something)?!!

After that totally generic start of a new arc, I wouldn't get my hopes up for this one ...

SOMEBODY PLEASE TELL ME THIS IS A JOKE!!!!! HE HAD THREE WEEKS AND THIS IS THE START OF THE NEW ARC HE CAME UP WITH?!?!?!?! There was barely any info in this, just some slight crap about the enemy which is probably quincys that were in hiding or something, and then the rest of the chapter was about a new COMPLETELY USELESS character. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!!!!!!!!!

You sure are pessimistic, guys. Just have a little patience. Don´t let your hope die out yet xD

No I think you both are being to optimistic, this intro SUCKED majorly. Introducing two new characters that were utterly useless, one was a complete wimp and the other talked way to big. I want a longer courting phase when being introduced to a character talking big. Also at the beginning of a new arc is not the way to do. Awful start to a series completely on life support. Maybe next time take 2 months off and tap into the true feelings of your fans.

I understand not knowing everything but don't take the approach of Super 8. Keep so much a secret nobody is interested in the movie or manga arc this time. If the representative moved away then why was Ichigo here now. Why send two underprepared kids, yet their teacher had enough time to see them off. Obviously things aren't to hectic then.

the best thing for this chapter for me was the title. the LAST arc. and after taking the 3 week break, i hope bleach would go the route of FMA and just have one chapter a month that has some substance in it. but i doubt they will go that way. unless im very bored, might read bleach in June and hopefully things will be better.

Im not optimistic for any manga let alone Bleach, I've just read enough that things like this don't bother me what so ever. KT said that his next arc was going to last another 5-10yrs so whats the point of seeing everything now, I would rather see him take his time then rush it like he did with the war.

They wasn't underprepared at all one of them was just a pussy, they are shinigami they should be able to take care of a few hollows. Things were never that hectic that's why he left, look at the chapter again just before they arrive one of the Quincy's uses Hollow bait, things didn't get worse until then hence the reason Ichigo is there now.
