now he have to train his fullbring then he must regain his shinigami power... by training or "power out of nowhere"

So he had to unlock his soul to open his flow of reiatsu again.
The only way to open his soul is to master it via Fullbring and then awaken the innate shinigami inside. Something which can really only apply to Ichigo or any other half shinigami born person.

All this is making me wonder again how Ginjou is so informed on Ichigo's life.

Shock therapy seems to be efficient with Ichigo!
