weak reason, I doubt that would happen this far into the story.

Here are my assumptions on why Orihime didn't heal Ishida:

1. She was only called by Ryuuken after he had already stabilised and stitched up Ishida.
2. They were in a public hospital, people would surely notice if a severely wounded man walked out of the hospital unharmed an hour later.
3. Possibilty of Kubo wanting to give him some cool scar?

^ Im going with the first, with the added logic of the 2nd.

4. Orihime doesn't want her powers (like Ichigo the stupid twat) and so she doesn't wear her hairpins.
5. KT wants us to forget about her h4x0r powers and is going to pretend they never existed.

I'm going with 4.
