^Well that's Never gonna happen so maybe something a bit more plausible.

A huge time skip where Ichigo is grown up, and a doctor AND a shinigami again! And he has to balance his married life with Orihime, being a shinigami fighting evil, and diagnosing strange and obscure diseases as a quirky, narcissistic doctor who is always right but everyone always thinks he isn't.
This would be epic!!!!!!
but seriousl... more panels in the chapters, more happenings in the chapters, more story ( no more rescue the girl missions), more text, more comedy, less fights, especially between minor chars and all the characters i don't like should just go and die including ichigo, so that someone else can become the main character............like Kenpachi or Urahara.
Oh and Oda should start writing Naruto as well while were in fantasyland
-Whale....Lion...? ....no..hmmm...elephant?......fish? ....Mom what do I have again?
-Cancer Honey.
^More text, more comedy and less fights, might as well get rid of the whole manga.
so basically turn it into a seinen mangs ^^.
One big problem I have in Bleach is, that there is no (ultimate) goal in the future. same thing goes for reborn. Naruto has being hokage, One Piece has becoming pirateking, finding out about lost history etc., Gon wants to find his father and so on.
So in the next arc I would like to have some goal besides beat that guy or rescue dat girl....
-Whale....Lion...? ....no..hmmm...elephant?......fish? ....Mom what do I have again?
-Cancer Honey.
^For me thats it's one saving grace, the fact that Ichigo has no goal means it can end anyway KT wants. I mean Oda and Kishi could end it how they want as well but the fact that they've set goals for there main characters means it kind of has to end that way, or a lot of there fans are gonna be a little pissed off that they invested so much time to a manga thinking that it will end a certain way with a couple twist here and there and then not happen.
I kind of like the fact that Ichigo doesn't seem to really know what he's doing. If only Kishi could write and plan ahead better than Ichigo would be a more relatable/interesting character
