I think he'll be back but not right away maybe after a couple of arcs, I mean he was sealed away not killed so there's always a chance he'll be back.

Such a Cop out indeed. No Bankai for Aizen, Urahara, Vizards. I just feel like this entire arc was a robbery in plain site.

So Aizen's sealed and Ichigo has no power. Urahara's first shot at Aizen had some purpose behind it instead of just being a regular attack. First thing that came to mind was MMPR...
Aizen: "Ah! After ten thousand years I'm free! It's time to conquer Earth!"
Spirit King: Urahara! Assemble a group of teenagers with attitude".
