Where was this revelation made again? Cause I think I missed th part where it was stated that Aizen stole Matsumoto's powers.

so wait...urahara came up with hougyouku. then aizen came up with hougyouku. both were not at full power, so aizen stole urahara's orb, merged\offered it to his orb, put it back in urahara's lab, got him exiled, and then waited hundred years to kill the central 46, and somehow manipulate two shinigami, a non-hollow, a quincy, and a mini-god to cover his tracks as he ordered the execution of rukia to remove the orb urahara hid there, only to have it stopped, and wear a glove and take it out in all of 5 minutes? so that he can merge with it, and become a butterfly??????

In chapter 415 page 18 it is shown that Matsumoto was attacked by Aizen's goons. In chapter 416 page 7 Aizen explains that the souls of countless shinigami and rukongai citizens with with shinigami talents had their souls scraped out to feed to Aizen's hyogyoku.

If matsumoto was a spiritual being, basically a soul, and her soul was scraped out to get her spiritual power, how the fuck does she still exist?

either they didn't take all of her soul or they fucked up the process, or Kubo is smoking way too much weed to keep track of anything panel to panel.

This. As the question was already brought up, if Aizen had really stolen her soul or w/e then how does she still have her powers? Gin, in his naivety, sounds like he was trying to reclaimed Matsumoto's lost innocence or something like that. Aizen's goons probably effed her up good.

Here's a timeline of what supposedly happened.

- Aizen creates the Hougyouku first.
- Urahara creates his as well.
- Aizen stole Urahara's incomplete Hougyoku, and tried to merge them.

- ??? Not explained if it worked or not.
- Small blank, but someone took it back from Aizen (I'm assuming Isshin).

- Aizen continues to work on HIS Hougyoku. Apparently fails.
- Urahara puts his Hougyoku in Rukia.

This puts another question... how much strength and abilities would Matsumoto have if she were to have kept her powers...?

If you haven't noticed, AIZEN KNOWS EVERY FUCKIN' THING, EVER. Take a piss and Aizen will know and state that it was his plan all along.

It was a little weird seeing Ichigo with the chain around his arm. Seemed really cliche.

If anyone has been missing me lately I've been too upset with the last couple of weeks of Naruto and Bleach to post anything.
