nah, I think Kubo gave Byakuya so many abilities for the simple fact that is probably one of his favorite characters. (kinda like Sasuke with Kishimoto). But then again, Kubo does like to pull out ideas out of you know where...

Really you think he is Kubo's favorite I thought it was Ichigo the way he just get's random power ups, I know he is the main hero but Naruto get's nowhere near as many power ups and it is his own show. Heck it is named after him, this isn't Ichigo the lost deathgod, it is Bleach. LOL

Oh god, the 13 km bankai was for real... something inside me died a little..

I thought KT established with Isshins first appearance that a Captain level shinigami can resize his sword at will, didn't he? Well, when yes, then WTF about Gin's zanp. being 13 KM long while in Bankai? What is the point?
Sure there have to be more to it, but...c'mon. This whole chapter could have been done in less than 2 damn pages!

Good God, looks like lucks on my side by NOT being able to read chapter every week.
Currently Bleach makes me more and more frustated, than actually being entertained.

I waited SO long for this. gin is like the anko of naruto, srsly.
I am now so disappointed, I can't even describe it in words...
gin was the only character that made me read this shit further and now, all my hope...down the toilet like a dead fish.

Aside from Gin Shitty Ban Kai, The drawing is very very nice especially when Gin release his Ban Kai n Ichigo Counter it.
