The whole sokyoku hill thing is confusing. Aizen definitely never gave the release command in front of the humans from Karakura town, but then, at the same time... Ichigo reacted the same way to Aizen's movements as everyone else did. He either wasn't using Kyoka Suigetsu on top of Sokyoku Hill (besides the attack on Komamura, but even then Ichigo shoulda seen it coming) or somehow he's managed to release it in front of the human group, and h'es (rightly) about to get wtfpwned.

I lol'd at Mayuri's suggesting that ichigo is their only hope... Kubo really isn't thinking about this anymore. >_>

no aizen didn't use his shikai.

Concerning the chapter... they could be have a tea party seeing how they are not in a hurry to get ichigo back
When I think that the last panel of last chapter was the portal opening and Ichigo saying that he was getting back.... Sad... So So sad

True hell. Fricken last chapter was to supposed to be the precursor to this chapter, being ichigo and unohana on their way back to the real world or even some more of ken, bya and mayura fighting yammy or something, instead we see that all that build up from last week was just fluff that could've been EASILY put into one chapter!! What the hell is ichigo still doing there talking and WHY IN THE HELLL is Mayuri (de most hubris-ed mad scientist there is) referring to Aizen as such a immovable object even in the name of science?? For Mayuri to openly convey someone is such a godly light is so uncharacterized of him dammit!! :/ Yea Aizen's strong but for a captain of mayuri's status to put his hopes in Ichigo is just ludacris! Althought now thinkin about it Mayuri hasn't been able to study his sword.. so thats granted.

And Flash... i hope that wasn't the obvious reason Kube gave ichigo's reaper that name -_-. Lets hold our breath and hope that ichigo's zanpakutou doesn't have a special abilty that lets ichigo be impervious to Aizen's or soemthing.

Zangetsu has always worn those mirror shades. Maybe that's why he'll have defense against Kyouka Suigetsu's illusionary power?

Yeah, I know it's a lame theory, but it matches the lameness of the current plot developments.

Aizen took out Ichigo last time because he said he already hit the power border of a shinigami. We think Ichigo is a strong shinigami but he's not which is why he can't control the mask now.

You think Ichigo's dad is gonna come out and save Ichigo (or try to) because Ichigo still hasn't trained yet? His pop might die and that might be the thing to bring him up to ss4.

Yeah Aizen didn't use his Shikai when he WTFPWNed! Ichigo on the Hill, it was just pure skill in addition to the fact that Ichigo was still hurt from his fight with Byakuya (not that I think going in fully healed would've made a difference).

Yeah, and i can't imagine how the shades would fit over Ichigo's mask

Gai should just jump in with dynamic entry and tell Ichigo to only watch his feet while fighting.
