Because of the latest Filler Arc coming i've opened up a thread to talk about it and any other Filler from now on or in the past.

Sorry for my translation but I was in a rush

"The Materialization of Zanpakuto"

Some guy named Muramasa appears in Seireitei and demands that all Shinigami surrender all there zanpakutos, who turn into their true forms to attack their wielders!

Ichigo won't appear in the new arc, but Zangetsu will be appearing lots.

Some highlights:

About art styles
KT says Kudo's art is "cuter" than his own. And that Kudo's Orihime has a suppleness that KT is bad at drawing.

KT says his art style always changes in the beginning, and it only started to cement after the anime started to air.

KT says his art also gets influenced by Kudo. He used to draw hair behind the ears but Kudo doesn't do that. It was then that KT realized humans don't have hair behind their ears. XD

Kudo tries to draw Orihime like KT, but he always ends up drawing her really supple and round. KT seems to like it.

KT's favorite picture of Kudo's is that DVD cover with Yoruichi. (It´s in the pages somewhere.)

About the new filler arc

They thought about separating Zabimaru into two people because it's a baboon and a snake.

The names of Komamura and Hitsu's bankai are all related to hell (it's pretty disturbing too)

Ichigo won't appear in the new arc, but Zangetsu will be appearing lots.

KT seems to be fond of the filler this time, he says he almost wants to draw them into the manga, but that's going to be impossible.

Apparently this are official Kubo character designs but since we´ve seen Hitsugaya´s and Renji´s in the past and they´re animal creatures, it seems this new bad guy transforms the Death God´s souls into humanoid people.

This actually sounds interesting for a filler season, i´ll definitely take a look.

Ikkaku - Hōzukimaru: Dude with orange hair and beard (not really sure about this one but can't place him with anyone else)

It´s Ikakku´s soul, the dragon tatoo that the guy has on his chest is the same that Ikkaku´s bankai has on the center blade.

I agree with the rest of your list, except the Eye patched lady and the Ghost looking dude, those could either belong to Kenpachi or Shunsui.

The reason I said that was Shunsui Zanpaktou is because it's gonna be voiced by a women and Katen Kyōkotsu means (Flower Heaven, Crazy Bone) and she has the Skull & bones in her hair. I don't know if there gonna give Kenpachi a Spirit for the Filler Arc but if they do it might be the ghost looking guy.

Thats Zabimaru look what I said and then look at the picture it will make sense.

Im kinda dissappointed because we've seen the spirits of Zamibaru AND Hyorinmaru but if it turns out that that mystery man changed them into humanoid forms like Death said (which i hope Kube tells the producers to mention cause it would then make his past renditions of them go down the toilet) i can live with that. Im looking forward to it.

It would kinda make sense for Zaraki's spirit to be the ghostly one covered in an ominous shroud since he doesn't have a name/identity but only time would tell.

p.s. Scratch the above statement, After closer observation that cloaked spirit appears to have the same pattern coming down it's chect the same manner that Retsu ties her long ass hair down her chest.

They should have made this the next move it would be more intresting, then what ever they normally have planed for one, but i'm glad that Ichigo aint gonna be in it. The Zabimaru spirit makes me remember the Omake where Mayuri said he could change the sex of it.
